Turkey Meatball Marsala

Ingredients

  • 1 package Egg Noodles

Meatballs

  • 1 tspn Garlic
  • 1 tspn Italian Seasonings
  • 1/2 tspn Salt
  • 1 lbs Ground Turkey

Sauce

  • 2 Tbspn Olive Oil
  • 1 tspn Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Marsala or Red Wine
  • 2 Tbspn Flour can use gluten-free all purpose flour
  • 1 cup Veggie Broth
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and prepare noodles per package.

Make Meatbals

  1. In a bowl add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and ground turkey.

  2. Mix well and shape into balls.

Start the sauce

  1. Turn Instant Pot to saute. 

  2. Add the olive oil, garlic, wine, flour, veggie broth, coconut cream, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix and whisk until it starts to thicken. Make sure has no lumps.

  4. Add meatballs.

  5. Turn off Instant Pot. Turn back on to manual for 7 minutes.

  6. When done, quick pressure release.

  7. Serve meatballs over noodles.

  8. Enjoy!
