Boil a pot of water and prepare noodles per package.
In a bowl add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and ground turkey.
Mix well and shape into balls.
Turn Instant Pot to saute.
Add the olive oil, garlic, wine, flour, veggie broth, coconut cream, salt, and pepper.
Mix and whisk until it starts to thicken. Make sure has no lumps.
Add meatballs.
Turn off Instant Pot. Turn back on to manual for 7 minutes.
When done, quick pressure release.
Serve meatballs over noodles.
