Broccoli Quinoa Latkes


  • 1 bag broccoli, frozen
  • 1 bag cauliflower, frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 tspn nutritional yeast
  • salt to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. If frying, add oil to a hot frying pan. 

  3. Shape into pancakes.

  4. If frying, wait until it is well done before flipping, so you only have to flip once.

  5.  If baking, place on a parchment lined baking sheet and spray with avocado oil. 

  6. If air frying, spray the bottom of air fryer and place latkes inside. 

  7. Cook until it reaches the level of crispiness that you like.

  8. Top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds + nutritional yeast.
